The City of Colorado Springs Police and Fire Departments have joined forces, creating  opportunities for citizens to take an active role in our community's public safety efforts. The CAPS program can match your interests, experience and skills with a meaningful and unique opportunity to contribute to your community. Whether you want to be out in the field or work in internal operations, you CAN make a difference. To sign up, fill out the online application. You must be 18 or older to volunteer.
